  I sent someone to get me a drink while i was at the gas station. I then came to meet them there and got my drink. i taste my drink and it wasn't what i asked for. I told the man it was wrong and he told me next time i need to order because i'm wasting his coffee in a rude disrespectful way.

  Ever so often I'll come here to knock out administrative work. It's generally a quiet environment, but occasionally it erupts in loud chatter from the behind the counter. It usually lasts for 10-15mins, but while it's happening you can barely hear yourself think. If it only happened once, it wouldn't be worth commenting on. But it is fairly common. Otherwise, the service is good. Products are good.

  Consistent -very slow service.
  Consistently - slow service, and confusion when placing an order. Today I placed an on the go order through the app, of course it wasn't ready when i got there. The restaurant wasn't busy, as no one else was in the restaurant when I arrived. They made the order while I waited..
