  I used to frequent this location but I couldn't tolerate the hostess (usually the one that works in the evening, I go mostly on the weekends) nasty attitude. I can't fathom how she still has a job as many times as I've complained about her customer service. She's the face of the restaurant she sets the tone and she does a piss poor job of it! She won't greet you and if she does she acts like her lips hurt to seperate. I had to stop dining in and just carry out in which the small light skinned girl customer service is outstanding. When we walk to the back where the carry out area (not the bar) she's always pleasant. The other employees act like you stole their wallet out their back pocket when inquiring about anything. I've complained to the GM who came from SC I believe and I guess he couldn't fix it and then two others....so I gave up. The food was Alesia awesome until the last 2 times my ribs seemed like they had been reheated. I give up on this location just shut it down. The only reason they get two stars is because of the young lady that works in the carry out area.

  Stopped into Ruby Tuesday and had a good meal while traveling with my family. Unfortunately, I left my bag and didn't realize it until I was already 2 hours away. The management staff quickly helped me figure out a solution and are going to mail my bag as soon as possible. Thank you guys!! :)
